Having been born and raised locally, he loves everything Oklahoma! He attended the University of Oklahoma for his undergraduate in Microbiology, for Medical School, and for his Residency in Psychiatry. He has been a member of Psychiatric Associates since 1990 and has greatly enjoyed serving his patients for the past 32 years. He is Board Certified in Psychiatry.

He has given many lectures and presentations over the years and has a special interest in Sports Therapy and treatment. When he is not working, he enjoys hiking his favorite trails or climbing some challenging mountain!

He encourages his patients to join him in session as themselves, dressed casually and feeling comfortable, He will match you with his casual demeanor, and he will tackle your needs in a supportive and welcoming environment.

As an Oklahoma native, I completed a dual degree in Psychology and Biology at the University of Oklahoma and a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies at Oklahoma City University. 

I’ve always been passionate about mental health and understanding others. Even as a child, friends came to me for support, calling it “Counseling with Cassadie.” I believe in a personalized approach that integrates psychotherapy, social and environmental awareness, and medication management. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard and supported.

Outside of work, you’ll find me hanging with my husband and our two mini Australian Shepherds, running an online support group for type 1 diabetes, and watching basketball.

As a Texan transplanted to Oklahoma via the Air Force, I began my medical career as a paramedic in 1999. I then attended UCO while on active duty at Tinker and transitioned to a critical care RN in 2006 with various roles in ICU/ER/PACU and adjunct faculty at OU. I began my nurse practitioner career in 2013 with multiple experiences in family medicine and community behavioral health. As a dual-boarded NP, I feel strongly about leaning into my experiences in physical medicine as an adjunct to my psychiatric practice.

  In my free time, you will find me at a sports event chasing one of my seven children.

She is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience in psychiatry. She has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, patient-centered care, with extensive experience in community behavioral health. Her special interests include trauma-informed care and supportive psychotherapy, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with evidence-based treatments and a holistic approach.

An Oklahoma native, she is passionate about making mental health care accessible and supportive for all. Beyond her professional life, she enjoys infusing glass, hiking, reading, photography, and rescuing animals. Her love for nature and creativity influences her approach to patient care, fostering a warm and understanding environment for healing.
